• The learner will understand and be able to explain the concept "2D shapes" as a flat figure consisting of two dimensions: length and width.
• The learner will be able to identify 2D shapes and match the names of 2D shapes to figures, including square, rectangle, triangle, circle and oval.
• The learner will be able to distinguish 2D shapes from each other by referring to the properties of the object.
• The learner will be able to explain the position of 2D objects, including above, below, next to, behind, left of…, right of… and so on.
